With over 10 years of experience across all service levels and types, she’s fascinated with innovating new ways to create meaningful change that serves teams and guests alike. She also works alongside partners to craft holistic talent programs, curate custom concepts, and define global standards that drive lasting chain reactions. 

No matter which hat she’s wearing, her goal is simple – to enable everyone to shine brighter and drive tangible results through unique content and consultation. When she’s not on the road adding to her diverse range of life and hospitality experiences, she enjoys time spent adventuring with her dog Mushu and cooking up a storm in her kitchen to share with friends.
